Great Location, Beautiful Place

I/we have stayed at many VRBO's around the state and this one is so charming! It was clean and every room was very well equipped. The patio was marvelous.Thank you!!

Awesome House in a lovely town, if everything works right.

The house was exactly as pictured and overall we did enjoy our stay. It is a "smart house" so it did take some getting used to with lights etc. The welcome book at the house does have a ton of information all laid out so if you just take time to read it, it will be fine. Two issues I had during my stay was the master shower would not drain so I was standing in ankle deep water. It took about two hours to drain completely. We ended up using one shower for all 6 of us. The other issue was the dryer was broken, so we ending up having to hang our clothes everywhere to dry. Both issues were problematic for a family of 6. I communicated with the host and I was told someone would try to come out there. No one ever did, and the response time was slow and the issues never resolved. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Neighborhood is in a great location just a couple minutes' walk from Old Town main street where shops, restaurants and night life happen; Yet just enough distance to be able to relax and enjoy the area. Verde river trails and scenic routes minutes away as well as larger chain grocery stores. 10-minute drive from Tuzigoot National Monumnet and off-road trails. 20 minutes' drive from Jerome old mining town.
