Park your car and don’t move it the entire week at our beautifully decorated townhouse with the PERFECT location...Right at the first ride pier.just steps to the boardwalk and beach. You have your own private entrance to the townhouse. You won't be disappointed. Our townhouse two floors of living) comes with everything you need to make for a great vacation.
There is a private locked storage closet at the top of the driveway where you can store beach items.
Step into the front door to the handicapped lower level accessible living space. No steps to enter the unit. Use the handicapped ramp (as pictured) to enter the bottom level with 2 bedrooms plus BONUS family room. One of the ground level bedrooms also has its own bathroom with handicap accessible shower. There is a washer and dryer on this level for your private use on this level.
One flight of steps from the bottom living area to the second level where you will find our open kitchen, full hallway bathroom, 3 additional bedrooms, and dining/ living room with a queen sleeper sofabed. This area boasts a private patio (facing 25th Ave and ocean) Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and amenities –refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, self-cleaning oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes and glassware, pots, pans, etc. Everything! Oversized dining room table seats 10 and counter seating for 4.

The bedrooms are as follows:
*Bedroom 1 Lower level Master suite- 1Queen and 1 twin bed with a private handicap accessible bathroom. (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 2 Lower Level- 1 Queen poster bed. (sleeps 2 and shares closet and bathroom with other lower level room).
Upstairs bedrooms:
*Master Bedroom: 1 King-size bed with TV and private full-size bathroom -- (sleeps 2) The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.
*Bedroom 3: 1 Queen and 1 twin sized beds -- (sleeps 3)
*Bedroom 4: 1 Full bed with 1 twin trundle (sleeps 3)
*Upper Family room has 1 pull-out full sofa bed for the flexible sleeping arrangement– Best for children.

There is a large flat-screen TV in the main living area along with TVs in most bedrooms.
The living room has a DVD player along with some dvds.

Stubborn Brothers Beach Bar and Grille is also right at the ramp that leads to the beach and overlooks the water and water park.
Now we are just three blocks from the Newly open
Seaport Beach Bar, pool and night club with top entertainment and an ocean view. Great outdoor stage overlooking the ocean and beach.
