Randy and Kim are residents of McCook. Raised a family here and enjoy the convenience, safety, and benefits of a small town. We have been involved in real estate in one way or another our entire married life.
Why they chose this property
Centrally located with Red Willow Fairgrounds with Kiplinger Arena only a couple blocks away. New Aquatic Park and related facilities at nearby Kelly Park -only 6 blocks east- Park, Disc Golf, and walking trail. We like to think of McCook as a five minute drive to about any of the supporting facilities-downtown, hospital, YMCA, etc.

This dwelling has had updates with attention to detail and preserving the past. Furnishings are all new to this adventure.
