PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Tucked away in a quiet fishing community named Holiday Beach of Rockport, this charming 2 BR/1 BA stilted home is a quick 10-15 min drive to Rockport beach. After a long day out fishing or at the beach, come and relax on the 10x30 decks seating area, enjoy the breeze and watch the breathtaking sunset. Another outside spot for relaxation is located underneath the home where you will find a picnic table under patio lights for a nice ambiance atmosphere.
LIVING ROOM
Relax in the living room on comfortable couches and watch some Netflix on the 50" mounted flat screen TV with the ceiling fan that provides a refreshing breeze.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare your meals in the kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. Great counter space, a glass top range and dishwasher that makes for easy cleanup. When it's time to eat, gather around the spacious 6 person dinner table.
BEDROOMS & BATH
Master bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan. Second bedroom has bunk beds with a full on bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle. Restroom is stocked with toilet paper and fresh towels.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Extra perks include a 5 burner propane BBQ pit located downstairs and a huge driveway for parking cars and a boat.
