I booked this home because it allowed events. Event was dinner with my kids who recently relocated to the area, their spouses and 2 year old grandson. A place to hang out since my Son’s 2 bedroom apartment was too small for us. Total of 8. However, the host changed the rules shortly after our arrival. She texted and called worried because there was a large number of people at the house-8. This was at 4 in the evening. Clearly we were being closely watched. We did not have our family dinner at the home because of the hosts paranoia. Very disappointed with the host and how she made us feel. Maybe having an VRBO is not appropriate for this host and changing the rules in the middle of a stay is not cool. Will not stay here again and don’t recommend to others unless you want to be watched every second you’re in this property. cool. the

Beautiful, Spacious, and Quiet!

Our family of five adults loved staying at this house when we were in Charlotte for Christmas. The house has been beautifully renovated like you see on TV. It was very clean and well equipped! We couldn’t believe how quiet it was… no traffic noise, no dogs barking, no noisy neighbors. (It made us realize how much noise we have at our own home). I didn’t expect that we would make use of the fire pit since it was cold, but we did enjoy making S’mores one evening!The host did an excellent job communicating with us quickly. She even helped get a package back to us that was left behind and allowed a later check-out since our flight was later in the evening. We plan to stay there again in the future while visiting our relatives. Thank you, Vanessa, for making our Christmas vacation a success!

Just Perfect!

This house was just perfect for our visit to Charlotte! Everything was just as described, but even better. Great location to everything also. The beds were comfortable, the space was great for our family of 4. Only 2 things to be aware of: 1. The back door will lock very quickly, so you have to be fast getting in and out or enter the code every time. 2. The master shower has a half glass door. Water got out when we showered. We used a towel to prevent getting water on the floor. We then thought it was best to just use the guest shower. Other than that, we highly recommend! Great host and communication!
