Relax in two modern, stylish apartments occupying the entire top floor in Douglas. Walk to Sandy Beach, Louie's, and Island Pub. Downtown is a 7 minute drive away. Enjoy filtered water/mountain views, modern appliances, vibrant art, luxury furnishings, two fully stocked kitchens, two living/dining rooms, and two bedrooms that can transform into offices. 1000 MBPS Wifi. Free onsite parking for two vehicles. Perfect stylish, comfortable, and relaxing stay for all types of visitors to Juneau.
Occupying the entire top floor, these two apartments are located directly across from one another and have peekaboo water and/or mountain views from each bedroom.. Apartment 1 has two bedrooms and one full bath. Apartment 2 has three bedrooms and one three-quarter bath (with heated bathroom floors). Each apartment has smart TVs, ultra fast Wifi (1000 MBPS on Wifi 6), large velvet couches, and art from around the world and Alaska. Both kitchens are fully stocked with modern appliances and cookware. Dining tables and chairs can seat a total of 12 people for meals. Truly a wonderful, luxurious location for families and groups to experience our lovely Capital City.
Guests will be able to use the entire apartments. We have onsite storage for luggage (if needed).
Guests are welcome to use the Airbnb Messaging service, or contact the host directly with any needs or questions.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No additional guests/visitors without host approval.
No parties.
Guest must return the house in the same condition as when it was rented (outside of normal cleaning). On this note, please do take shoes off before going in to the unit(s).
No smoking of any kind near the building (if you do smoke, please smoke near the dumpster to avoid irritating other guests).
No firearms on the property.
No glitter in the apartment(s), it is almost impossible to clean and will result in additional cleaning fees.
