Great Ski in/out property

The condo was exactly as pictured and worked perfectly for us during our stay at Breckenridge. The lift location was great and it was so nice not having to drive anywhere to start or end the day. Communication with the owners was quick and smooth. The check in process was smooth, although a little confusing with where to park and where to store ski gear, but we quickly figured it out. I wasn't aware that there was an on site ski rental location, so will plan to use that next time. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in so many ways.

We stayed in this condo on our annual Ski/Snowboard trip. We are family of three and everyone enjoyed having there own space for the stay.Pros:2 Bedroom 2 Baths & nicely equipped Kitchen.Game room, Fitness Center & Pool just down the hall.True Ski in ski out - Snowflake lift is right outside.Washer & Dryer.Ski & Snowboard rental onsiteLocker rooms & Ski Valet down stairs.Private patio with Hot tub.Steam room onsite.Located close to main street.Private underground parking.Private shuttle for guests.ConsNo food or coffee shops onsite which isn't that big of a deal since you can find endless options just down the street. I highly recommend this spot, We will certainly return next year.

Great 4th of July Stay!

My parents, partner, and I had a great time at this place for a 4th of July weekend getaway. The check-in process was super easy (the front desk of the property is open 24 hours) and you can use luggage carts to help bring your stuff in from the parking spot in the garage. The property also offers a complimentary shuttle to get to/from downtown, which was super helpful (especially in light of the additional 4th of July traffic/parking limitations from the festivities). This unit is about 100 ft from where you access the gym, game room, and outdoor pool/hot tubs - which was great! We didn’t hear any extra noise from being so close. It was also great having a private hot tub. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Our only issues were that the spatula was broken and there wasn’t a clean sponge. We went to the front desk for a new sponge but they informed us that this unit used a different supplier for these items. Also, be cautious about using the top bunk for children. The ceiling fan is dangerously close to it, so if it’s turned on and someone is up there, they need to be very cautious. All in all, I’d highly recommend this place! Great location and amenities!

Great place overall!

We were here for 2 weeks, and we had very few complaints. If I had to come up with something, it was a little weird that there wasn't a cleaning at the 1-week mark. Two weeks just seems like too long to go for the sake of long-term care of the home (we were just fine.) Some of the appliances (dishwasher, microwave, and dryer) all had issues, but maintenance was prompt and great about it. If you're into a view, this is not the place for you, but I enjoyed the privacy. The bonus was a private hot tub on the patio/balcony!

Perfect Ski in Ski out !!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is definitely great.!! You are just steps from the lift. And it was very convenient to have your skis taken in for you each evening and was put out for you in the morning, and your ski boots were dried for you over night in a changing room just as you walk into the building. We also enjoyed the warm pool and the 3 large hot tubs outside. Nothing better than snowing and sitting in them! Our unit was very clean and also had its own hot tub. The shuttle service was awesome and so convenient!!! Thai was one of our best vacations according to our 3 teenage boys. And I had to agree! We stayed a total of 8 nights! And we cooked almost all our meals. So the kitchen was fully stocked with what you need!!! Enjoy your stay!! We would definitely come back and rent the same place again!

Nice condo with great amenities

We had a great stay at Bluesky. The condo was just a pictured. Clean with lots of extra pillows and great assortment of kitchen cooking supplies. The wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub area was literally less than 50 steps out the front condo door. Kids loved the arcade room and lots of ping pong was played. It is a nice easy walk into down town and if coming back up the hills is too much you just call the free shuttle service and they will come and get you from town :-) Would definitely stay again.

Not clean at all and not well supplied

Disgusting bed discovered on last day to my horror and the floors were so gross and sticky. No clean pan to cook with and no dishrag or sponge to clean the dirty pans. Clean towels in the entire facility were completely unheard of by 6 pm on the 3 night .

Condo Managed by another company.

We have stayed at the property in different units multiple times before. We love the area and the condos in this building. This condo was not managed by the Property and was off site so we had issues with checking in. The front desk person did not have our reservation and stated that Summit Mountain Rentals were managing this condo and that they struggle with communication daily! I reached out to them and the girl stated she didn't know what was going on! We did get into the condo and noticed it had not been cleaned for our arrival! Mind you, we have a $198.00 charge for cleaning of the condo! The floors were not moped or the carpets vaccummed. There were leaves and tissue paper all over the family room. There were bugs in both bathrooms and what appeared to be feces on the 2nd bathroom wall! The sinks were not cleaned and there was stains all over the carpets and the furniture had multiple holes! The standing mirror and bedroom furniture was not dusted in months! The extra pillows did not have pillow cases and the pillows were yellow! I kept receiving texts and calls from Summit and they did send someone over to clean the next day, but did the bare minimum! They offered up no other options and just ruined our Father's Day trip! You spend a lot of money to enjoy your family at this condo and it was a huge disappointment! I would not want another family to experience these issues!

Fantastic home away from home

Our family had an amazing trip to Steamboat where this condo truly became our home away from home. The location is phenomenal - extremely close to the base of the mountain and an easy/ quick walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed. It was super clean; the beds were very comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked; and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountain all week. We hope to return in the near future. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location and private hot tub!

I have stayed a few times now at Blue Sky and the location can’t be beat. Ski rental in the building, nice hot tubs (this unit had a private one too), quick and easy shuttle into town or to the grocery/liquor store. This unit is privately owned so was a little confusing on who I was to speak with regarding minor issues but it all worked out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Ski Trip!

The Condo is great location. Check was easy and fast, grocery delivery through instacart was on time. The Condo has free shuttle service in/out of town - made it really easy to go out to dinner on the nights we didn't want to stay in. Ski/snowboard rental was on the first floor of the property and only a few steps away from the ski lift. Great for a family trip with kids!

September Get Away Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is very convenient and within walking distance of Downtown. Front desk person was very nice and check in was super easy. We had a 2 bedroom condo on the 4th floor. It was very clean and nice. The living room table looks like it has been there awhile. It was nice to have a jacuzzi tub outside the Master Bedroom but it was a bit noisy at night. The shuttle at the Resort will take you to downtown free of charge. The area was nice and quiet. I would stay there again.

Property was in a great location. Easily access to downtown by shuttle or you can walk to it. We had a nice hot tub but it was next to bedrooms and made it a little noisy. Easy check in and helpful instructions to get around the property!
