Presidio in the Pines is currently one of Flagstaff, AZ’s hottest neighborhoods. Originally conceived during the boom of the mid-2000's! The main reasons this area has proven to be so attractive to Flagstaff is:
Location. Just West of Downtown Flagstaff off of Route 66, the homes in Presidio in the Pines are only minutes from the Downtown Flagstaff, Fort Tuthill and Snowbowl. 40 mins to Sedona and Williams! The prestigious Presidio neighborhood offers easy freeway access. With large park areas, children’s playground, and trails, there is plenty of outdoor common area space for enjoyment.
