No flights of stairs to worry about at this beautiful cottage, everyone is conveniently on the same level. Spend your days relaxing indoors or out. There's plenty of spots to grab a seat and relax. You're minutes from the Gulf waters and also have your choice of 2 pools within the neighborhood. Walk to all of Seagrove's best restaurants or hop on your bike and explore more of 30A. Cassine Village:
Cassine Village is a charming neighborhood in a natural setting. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Take a 5-minute walk along the bricked sidewalks to the pristine sands of the Emerald Coast. The kids can explore the nature trail or fish from the bridge over the community pond. And, they can enjoy their bikes along the quiet streets or the family can pedal to Seaside. There are 26 miles of trails along 30A. You’re only a short walk for a pizza at Brozinni’s Pizzeria or your favorite pasta dish at Angelina’s. Make reservations at Café Thirty-A for an upscale dining experience, or bike to Goatfeather’s Seafood for the catch of the day.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

Perfect getaway!

The house was fantastic, tucked away from the main road yet close enough to walk and bike to popular stores and restaurants on 30A and of course the beach! Our property manager was attentive and accommodating, would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was great, super close to the beach and community pool. Unfortunately we would not stay here again or recommend this rental. We arrived for a 7 night stay and upon arrival the WiFi was not working and did not get resolved by the management company our entire stay which made the week an inconvenience. The homes pictures are also a bit misleading as the home looks a lot more clean and up to date than we felt it actually was.

We love Cassine!

We stay in Cassine Gardens/Village every time we come to sea grove for the location and walkability of it all. We loved this little house it was perfect for our family! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Coastal Cottage in Cassine Village was exactly what we were looking for when we visited Seagrove Beach this year. It was perfect for me, my 2 teenage daughters and their 2 friends. We had room to spare. The cottage is beautifully decorated and feels like a model home. The master bed was so comfortable and the linens were very high quality. The backyard and screened in porch are precious. Beware that there could be some construction next door, so if that bothers you, ask ahead of time. We try to stay in Cassine Village every time we visit Seaside. It is an excellent location. Close to everything and right across the street from the beach entrance. The community has pools, a basketball hoop, etc.. My only complaint would be the lack of necessities provided with the rental, and I’m not sure if this is the property management company or the owner. You are given one towel per person. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. There are no throw blankets anywhere or beach towels. There is no Tupperware, plastic bowels, paper items, etc.. The property did not have beach chairs or bikes, which was really unusual for a Seagrove rental. When laying on the couch at night watching Netflix (which was very nice, by the way), I had to cover up with my beach towel. Ha! Anyway, adding some necessities and common comforts would truly make this the perfect experience. It is a beautiful property!

While the trip was mostly a rainout, we were so close to the beach that we could go during pockets of sunshine, and the great screened in porch was a great place for all of us to watch the rain. We just loved this sweet house that was walking distance from the beach. Well appointed and tastefully decorated. 4 adults and 3 kids were able to spread out and enjoy this cute property. Very relaxing and close to necessities like donuts and tacos. Easy bike ride to Seaside. So glad we found you Coastal Cottage!
