Fabulous views of the gulf & Beach chair setup included! Never wait for an elevator with this ground floor unit, just walk right out of the sliding glass door to the pool and the Gulf.  This unit features granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, tile throughout, and is appointed with stylish furnishings. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV and DVD. The second bedroom has one king size bed as well as a Flat screen TV and DVD. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV and DVD. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.

Beach House is a family oriented, well maintained low density complex. The property boasts many family activities with an oversized pool, smaller kid`s pool, shuffleboards, lighted tennis courts, game room with many game machines, exercise room, an extensive hiking biking trail accessed by just crossing the street, a club house with assorted board games, tv`s, and computer access. The huge beachfront offers wide areas for spreading out and constructing endless sand structures. With so many options there`s constant opportunity for family fun!

The complex resides on 650 feet of pristine beachfront-the largest per unit on the entire Emerald Coast. The private pool is seasonally heated and has a separate kiddy pool, and gazebo for relaxing. There is a large separate club house conveniently located near the pools.    Beach House now has onsite bicycle and kayak rentals!

Good locate and wonderful view!

Check in was super easy. I’m recovering from an injured knee so the closeness of the beach was very important and I wasn’t disappointed. The views and sounds of the ocean was amazing. Would recommend this property for sure!!!

Loved the 1st floor! Overall it was a great property. The internet connection was terrible so don't plan on getting any work done or streaming movies while you're there. Will definitely book again. Can't comment on the pool as we were beach only.

The only thing wrong was we couldn't use the grass outside the condo due to it being roped off. And we couldn't use the gate to the pool closest to our room because it was roped off.

Family Beach Wedding Vacation

The condo was perfect and made our family trip even more enjoyable. Loved the updates to the condo; new living room furniture and bedroom was updated with one king or queen size bed. Having all the kitchen appliances made our stay a lot easier. Appreciated having the use of the rafts, knee boards, pool toys, etc. The condo is on the main floor with close and easy access to the pool, beach, and BBQ pits. We did have a problem upon arrival getting into the condo because the code to the door was changed and the new code was not sent. We had to call, leave a message, and wait outside the condo with all of our luggage for a return call to get the new code. The pool was also closed for repairs for two days. Outside of those two issues we had a great vacation and would stay at Vicki's property again. Thanks a bunch.

Great location; unfortunate timing of construction

Our family of 5 loved condo 103D, it might be one of the best we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the layout was perfect. The condo is also walking distance to restaurants (crowd favorite Surf Hut), shops (Alvin's Island is across the street), and a Winn Dixie is less than a half mile away. We booked this unit because of the ground floor access to the beach and the unfettered view of the ocean. Candidly we were quite disappointed when we walked in to discover a large orange construction fence in front of the entire unit. It prevented us from walking on the grass off the porch, and blocked the million dollar view we were expecting to have. It was also disappointing to learn the management company knew about the fence as it has been up for weeks and is expected to be up for month(s) to come. If we were given prior notice of the obstruction and options to adjust, we likely would have altered our plans. That aside, we had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this location and condo unit. The beach is not as busy as others we've experienced closer to Destin, and the complimentary beach service was such a luxury!

Beach trip 2021

My family had a blast! Love the location/ Miramar area is our favorite. We love the floor unit and grassy area in front of the patio. The pool and beach access is steps away… no elevator or steps to climb to condo. And being able to walk to shops and restaurants beats being stuck in traffic! We look forward to our family beach trip all year and can’t wait to come back to The Beach House!

LOVED THIS CONDO!

Direct access to beach from ground floor unit. Very clean and thankful to prior renters who left beach chairs, toys, etc. Condo had everything we needed for a family of 4 with children ages 9 & 11. Pool was clean and not over-crowded. Families on beach maintained excellent social distancing and we felt very safe being there. Also in a great community with good access to beach shops, rentals, etc. Truly enjoyed our stay and very thankful for the cleanliness of the property + the onsite site managers.

Annual get away.!!

Great property and location. Definitely be back, however the orange construction fencing was an eye sore and I would have liked to put my beach stuff directly on the patio that was the draw to the first floor, instead we had to drag through the condo, sandy and wet. BUT loved the place that was just a minor inconvenience. See you next year..!!

Perfect week in a wonderful unit at the Beach House Condos!

WOW, what a wonderful week! We LOVED our stay in 103D. The condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the view is superb. It doesn't get any better. You walk right out the back sliding door to sit on the patio and view the beautiful ocean OR walk a few steps to the pool OR just a few steps down to the beach. The unit is very comfortable, beds are cozy, easy to clean up with the tile, easy to work in the kitchen, easy steps from parking. The mornings were my favorite, loved waking up early with coffee on the back patio to see the sky and hear the sound of gentle waves. Lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby or just do nothing but enjoy the property! The grassy area out back is perfect for kids to run or set up a game of "Corn Hole". We will definitely go back again, we are spoiled now with that ground unit right smack on the beach. What a blessing it was to spend the whole week! Thank you to the owners for making it a special place.

Easy access to the beach

The back door was only steps to the beach and pool. We parked at the front door, which made getting all of our clothes, groceries, etc., easy to unload. The beds were comfortable, as were the couches. It was very quiet at night. Great view from the couch.
