Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is ready to welcome you with a large living area, kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for everyone. You will notice the long private driveway upon arrival for parking and the home and tropical landscaping will instantly put you in vacation mode. The main house boasts a king bedroom and full bath on the 1st floor along with an extra half bathroom and full size laundry for convenience. The second floor is host to the master bedroom with king bed, large en suite bathroom and private balcony. Guests will have plenty of space with another bedroom with king bed and queen sleeper sofa and balcony with a full bathroom. One more guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed is perfect for the young at heart. The third floor of the main house is a fun and relaxing sanctuary where everyone can gather, play games, enjoy a snack or beverage and enjoy the wonderful outdoor space with 2 large balconies.

The carriage house is a bonus with Sun Ray Getaway where there is a full one bedroom and one bathroom guest quarters on the 2nd floor. There is a full living, dining and kitchen space along with a private bedroom with queen bed and fully remodeled bathroom. The 1st floor of the carriage house is where the 6 seat golf cart lives along with lots of fun beach gear that you can take back and forth to the beach access directly across the street from the Destiny East community. There is also another set of full size washer and dryer in this carriage house for extra convenience.
