Situated in the heart of Summerside, just a few minutes walk to the waterfront with restaurants, shopping and a 7 km boardwalk with gorgeous views of Summerside Harbour. Enjoy the front porch for morning coffee or let the kids run in the backyard. The main level of the home has kitchen, living and dining room while upstairs features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The perfect place to explore and make memories on PEI. Please note that this is a split-entry home, and there is a long term tenant in the eastern unit of the home, which is closed off from the main house. Tourism license #4010292
