A piece of paradise!
What a wonderful location! Very quiet, nice ocean view, nice sunsets and perfect weather. All you need for a marvelous vacation. We stayed at this condo for a perfect kitesurf vacation. The beach and water is much less crowded than the main beaches in town. The rigging grass area with compressed air is just perfect. The pool and lounge area just across from the rigging area was a dream place to relax after an extended kitesurf session on the water. The apartment complex is really well maintained and employees are polite and friendly. The underground car garage provides a car free environment. The apartment’s size is on the small side, but the large balcony where we spent most of our evenings was just fantastic. The temperature is really hot and the apartment orientation makes it difficult to cool down the apartment temperature but the air conditioning in the bedrooms makes it comfortable at night. Marcio, the owner was really helpful with his inside knowledge of the place. Overall, we loved our stay.

Estadia no Condomínio WaiWai Cumbuco Eco Residence
Estive hospedada por 10 dias e foram momentos maravilhosos pela beleza que este local nos proporciona. O condomínio tem uma infraestrutura maravilhosa, parece mais um Hotel, com serviço de bar, restaurante onde almoçamos alguns dias e a comida é maravilhosa, somente à noite que não gostamos muito do atendimento e da pizza que nos serviram. O apartamento é bem espaçoso e gostoso, com uma sacada linda, muito bem decorada e espaçosa. Aluguem que vocês não irão se arrepender.

O Apartamento é muito bom, com uma vista maravilhosa.
O condomínio é muito bonito e bem cuidado. A piscina muito boa e com uma linda vista! A praia que não é muito boa para banho, pois venta muito, o mar é agitado e com muitos bugues passando pela praia.
