About this property

Enchanting Home|Hot Tub|Fireplace|12m to Resort

Welcome to 250 Misty Way! This secluded Meadow Village home is a prime location for hiking and biking trails, located near the Southfork of the Gallatin River. Enjoy the mountain-modern vibe in this home with updates throughout that are designed to maximize your comfort and views, including a large wrap around deck with a brand new hot tub, comfy furniture and recliners, and plenty of natural lighting. This home has a separate garage for two vehicles, as well as plenty of driveway parking available.

In the Winter, this cozy home is perfect for a secluded getaway with a fireplace, and is just minutes from Town Center! If you're looking for something more active, there's cross-country skiing right outside your back door! Lone Mountain Ranch is a world-class Nordic ski destination and it is a short ski (or drive) from this home. Lone Mountain Ranch offers 85 kilometers of world-class groomed ski trails and is a great spot for experts and those new to the sport of nordic skiing. Big Sky Resort is also just a twelve-minute drive up to Lone Mountain Trail from the home and offers the chance to experience the "Biggest Skiing in America," with 5,800 skiable acres!

In the Summer, enjoy a short 3 minute drive to Ousel Falls Trailhead! Ousel Falls is a spectacular waterfall surrounded by lush green forests in the Custer Gallatin National Forest. The trail features the 100-foot falls, some overlooks, and access to the waterfall's base. There are magnificent views of the valley, and the falls themselves are incredible. In the summer, keep an eye out for the wildlife as this area is known for its population of Ousel Birds, also called the American Dipper. The terrain is well-maintained and consists of bridges and well-groomed paths.

*There is a long-term resident living in the apartment located above the garage. The garage is about twenty yards from the main home. This tenant is very respectful and only lives here part-time. Expect to see one vehicle parked.*

**Due to the steep driveway, we require a 4 wheel drive vehicle with snow tires in the winter months (Oct-May). Lucky for you, we offer all guests that book with us discounts for rentals in Bozeman with Explore Rentals!**

Additional Notes
This home has a steep drive to the home and a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle with snow tires is required in the winter months (October-April). The home has two security cameras located on the front door. There is a second security camera located on a tree in the driveway before the home, facing the road, and a third security camera on the left of the porch facing the driveway/yard. (there have been incredible wildlife recorded!)

We are a local property management company. So if there is anything you need before, during, or after your trip, please let us know!

This home does not have air conditioning.

Most homes in Big Sky don't, thanks to our typically mild summer temperatures. For a true Montana experience, we recommend our classic "Montana A/C": open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds first thing in the morning to keep the cool air inside throughout the remainder of the day.

** NO PETS and NO SMOKING PROPERTY **
Book your stay today and create lasting memories in Big Sky!

A Perfect Montana Retreat

This home was everything my wife, our two boys, and I could’ve hoped for during our stay in Big Sky, Montana. The house was spotless, perfectly set up, and felt like the ideal spot to unwind after a full day of adventure. The property itself was something special. One morning, we looked outside and saw two moose wandering right through the yard. Watching them so close, just doing their thing, was incredible and something we’ll all remember for a long time. The location couldn’t have been more centrally located. We spent our days snowboarding, fly fishing, snowshoeing, and just soaking up the beauty of Montana. No matter what we were up to, it always felt great to come back and recharge. It wasn’t just a house—it was home base for some of the best family memories we’ve made.If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, beautiful, and puts you right in the middle of everything Big Sky has to offer, this is it.
