Our 4-bedroom home is located less than half an hour from Orlando International Airport, just 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal, and close to many exclusive golf courses. The villa is fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious backyard, and full access to the Crystal Cove clubhouse, making it an ideal destination for a two-family holiday.

RESORT/DECK AREA: The Emerald Villa has a great, spacious patio and backyard. Guests also have full access to all of Crystal Cove’s amenities, including the community pool, clubhouse, exercise room, and gated entry.
FAMILY ROOM: This comfortable, contemporary family room has been very well furnished. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the large flat screen TV with DVD/Blu-ray player after a long day.
KITCHEN: The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold-water dispenser, large oven, marble countertop, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with barstools means you can keep company with whoever is doing the cooking or have your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.
DINING ROOM: This lovely dining room has plenty of space, seating about 8 people comfortably. This is the perfect place to enjoy any meal, whether you have cooked or you’re indulging in takeout.
MASTER SUITE 1: The master bedroom is excellently decorated. It has one king size bed, en suite, large 70" Smart TV, and cushioned relaxing chair.
BEDROOM 2: This beautiful queen bedroom is very sleek and great attention has been paid to its décor. It has large dressers, walk-in closet, and Smart TV.

Many of the same plants and animals found in the Florida Everglades can be found at West Lake Tohopekaliga. But most importantly, West Lake Toho provides some of the best Big Bass fishing for anglers in the United States. This lake produces more bass, over ten pounds, than any other lake in the world and is truly a trophy bass fisherman's paradise!
If golf is to your liking, you can reach fifteen golf courses within a 20-minute radius of the villa or take lessons at the world-renowned David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Champions Gate.
World famous beaches like Clearwater, Sarasota, St. Pete on the Gulf of Mexico or Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in approximately an hour and a half.
