Blue Heron Point - Hot Tub, Kayaks, Fishing, 3 bedrooms on a no wake lake
Welcome to the peace and tranquility of Sixth Lake at Blue Heron Point. Ice fishing is very popular on this lake in the Winter! This home is filled with amenities you'll have to see to believe! There's a hot tub, kayaks, a fishing boat (not suitable for Winter), a paddle board, a wood-burning fire pit (with firewood provided), a gas fire pit, a pool table, a foosball table, TVs, games, coffee bar and much more. The kitchen is reasonably stocked with some staples. After a busy day, you can retire to one of three cozy bedrooms. Two full bathrooms add convenience. High speed internet and 80 channel cable TV completes the day. We are approximately an hour from Grand Rapids and 40 minutes to Mt Pleasant. Grand Rapids is famous for breweries and great concerts and much more. Mt Pleasant is home to Central Michigan University and Soaring Eagle Casino Resort. There are also many great wineries located nearby.

Why they chose this property
We chose this cute lake house for many reasons. But the main reason is that we know how much people love to wake up to a lake view every morning! And this house has a great view of the lake. You can sip your morning coffee out on the deck and watch for the blue heron!
What makes this property unique
If you are looking for a private retreat, our lake house is the perfect place for you. We have three bedrooms, each with a queen or king-size bed. The main level has a living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath, dining room, and kitchen. The lower level has a family room, laundry room, 1 bedroom and a full bath.
