Welcome to Inn The Spruces, Spruce Springsteen Suite! This unassuming on the outside, homey vibe on the inside, centrally located home away from home is perfect for short or longer term stays. It has been designed for the working person to be comfortable with all the amenities of home. Each room has it's own smart T.V., the kitchen is fully loaded including stocked coffee bar, outdoor BBQ area, lots of parking, on site laundry, security and basic maid service once a week for longer stays.
All smoking, vaping etc. outside. Ashtrays are under the kitchen sink.
Quiet times are strictly enforced.
No parties or events.
No pets
2 vehicles allowed in the back, street parking available also.
Storage closet in upstairs bedroom is off limits.
Check out time is 11am.
Visitors welcome. Anyone staying after quiet hours must be registered.
No shoes in the house.
Please turn of all lights and appliances when leaving.
