This gorgeous lake house features four bedrooms and a special game room with custom-built queen over queen bunk beds for comfortable adult sleeping. The master bedroom has a king bed and all other beds are queens. There are 8 beds in all. The master bathroom offers a soaker tub with views of the lake, and a tiled walk-in shower.

Pool heating by request with additional fee. ***$85/day*** Pool heat not available November - February. Must give 72hr notice. 90 degrees maximum heat setting. Must be heated for the duration of the stay.
Unfortunately this property is not available to rent to student groups. Families and groups of adults 25+ are welcome to book. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.
***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.
