Located in the safe walkable village of the Knox District of Dallas this building is private, comfortable and this assures our guests quite enjoyment. We are close to Downtown Dallas - the Arts District - Deep Ellum - Fair Park - the Science Center - Perot Science Museum – the West End District – the American Airlines Center - the Klyde Warren Park which is built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway - George W. Bush Presidential Center and Library - Lower Greenville with all of its restaurants and nightclubs

Central Expressway (Hwy 75) is a few blocks away which provides easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth highway system. Dallas also offers the Dart Rail Line; nearest station is Mockingbird and Central Expressway, approximately 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Dart Bus System has stops up and down McKinney Ave; there are stops at each end of the block from our building. Enterprise Rental Car is only a block north of the building. Of course, there are many different Uber drivers, Taxi Cab companies and there is an Airport Shuttle Service.

Old and outdated. Musty smell and after I turned of AC I even felt it I could smell some gas. Very old gas stove top. Bathroom sink size of a shoe box. Shower trickled only. Outdated furniture. Manager didn’t show any concern when I called him and told him that I was moving out after just one night

Apt was clean; response was good for a minor unexpected pipe drip leak (not a fault of the owner; these things occur; i know; we, too, have apts for rent and things come up); overall, the apt met our needs; it was in a very good location, near restaurants, freeway, etc. Apt is basic 2nd story spacious one bedroom apt; would recommend it.

Great space in a great location!

If you are visiting Dallas, give this place a try. It is a large, comfortable apartment in a great location. There are good restaurants within walking distance and the Katy trail is less than one-half mile away. Downtown Dallas is also close.

My husband and I recently spent 8 days while I recuperated from surgery since we are from out of town. The apartment was just what we needed since it was quiet, clean and in a great location close to many restaurants, Trader Joes, The Apple store and much more. Perfect condo

My husband and I stayed here over Thanksgiving holiday for 4 nights while our kids stayed with our grandparents in their high rise down the street. This place could not have been more convenient for us. The location is perfect for the Knox/Henderson area. The unit was comfortable, clean and the owners were very communicative with me when needed.

Cozy Beautiful Remodeled Uptown Apartment

Joan & Jerry welcomed us into their beautiful apartment. Conveniently located in Uptown, near shops, markets, restaurants, and Katy Trail. Amenities met all of our needs. Gorgeous open floor plan connecting the newly remodeled Kitchen, dinning, and living room. Spacious Bathroom, and comfy bed perfect for cuddles !! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & the memories we made, It felt like home !!

I was born in Czechoslovakia and I have lived in Czechoslovakia, Austria, Canada and now Dallas, TX. I have traveled extensively in Europe, Canada, Costa Rica and the United States. My favorite places are Tuscany, Italy; Prague, Czech Republic; Toronto, Canada; San Jose, Costa Rica; and southern California, plus Dallas. I speak fluent Czech, understand most Slavic languages, and even speak a little German. I enjoy life, exercise, the coasts and the beach, good dining, theatre, music and travel. I love my work managing my apartments and caring for my tenants and guests.

Trader Joe's supermarket less than two blocks away. Also, there are many areas to go for a walk, a run or a bike ride if you wish.

The apartment is located in the heart of the trendy Knox District area on the cusp of Highland Park. There is a lot to do within safe walking distance. This is a great area in which to be hungry. GREAT NEWS! Just opened is Trader Joe’s just over 2 blocks away. At your fingertips is a wide selection of fresh foods and groceries along with great prepared meals. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are about 30 restaurants, bistros, bars and other entertainment options within easy walking distance. You will discover a wide variety of food choices and restaurant styles to pick from. Some restaurants are cozy and intimate, some with outside seating and other places that help to bring the night life alive. It is too hard to describe how vibrant and alive this community is; along with being known to be one of the friendliest pedestrian areas in Dallas. We can’t forget to mention the plethora of shops, boutiques and stores including a large Apple Computer Store, Crate and Barrel, Z Gallery and other exclusive shops for that special something to wear, and more.

After enjoying some guilty pleasures there is the Katy Trail, the backbone of our community. Only three blocks away, it is a 3 1/2 mile long walking, jogging and biking trail that goes from SMU to Downtown Dallas. The Katy Trail is nicely paved and landscaped; it gently rolls through the beautiful communities of Uptown Dallas. Hundreds of people take advantage of the Katy Trail every day. Our guests have commented “we didn’t need our car” or “we’re glad we brought our bikes”.

For those guests wishing to go further afield, our apartments are centrally located in the trendy Knox District of Dallas, adjacent to Highland Park, one of Dallas' premier neighborhoods. With easy access to the Central Expressway; it is only 7 minutes to downtown Dallas, 15 minutes to North Dallas, and downtown Plano.
