The dining area features a large oak table, perfect for shared meals, while the gourmet kitchen offers high-end finishes, ample seating, and a convenient pantry. An integrated sound system extends to the pool deck, enhancing the atmosphere.

A $300 initial heating fee, plus an additional $100 for each night of your reservation.

Requesting Pool Heating - 4 Easy Steps:

- Message us at least 3 days before check-in and express your interest in pool heating.
- We'll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment via Airbnb’s resolution center.
- Once you've made the payment, the pool heating kicks in.
- Check-in and dive into the joy of your heated pool. Keep in mind, weather conditions may influence your perception of the water temperature.
A signed lease agreement and a $400 pre-authorization is required.
