The apartment is fully accessible except for the linen closet that is locked in the living room. There is no washer and dryer within the unit.
I live on the other side of downtown Greenville and can help if needed but usually don't interact unless needed. I am happy to make suggestions. Please just ask!
Historical Earle street is oozing with old brick homes full of character and southern charm! Moms and dads walk their kids to school in the morning and people are almost constantly out walking to enjoy the atmosphere this street has to offer. The perfect option to avoid parking and have a good time!
There is a FREE trolley that has pickup spots within a 5 minute walk of the apartment or uber/lyft where you need to go. We also have street parking as well as private parking behind the building.
This is one apartment of 4. The apartment has its own side entrance on the side of the building closest to main. There is an exterior metal staircase to the apartment.
