Located on the top two floors of a historic building on vibrant Saint Denis Street, our two fully renovated condos combine luxury, comfort, and practicality. The duplex can accommodate up to 19 guests in complete privacy, just minutes from Old Montreal and the Latin Quarter!

The Théâtre du Rideau Vert is right across the street, offering exceptional cultural experiences.
Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**

The building does NOT have its own parking lot. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about parking options.
The apartments are set up for self-check-in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival

For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).

This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
A refundable security deposit is collected outside Airbnb, is required to protect both property and your stay; it ensures efficient resolution of potential claims, and, if no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but please understand that they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.
If the number of people exceeds the reservation without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person will apply automatically.
To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
A damage deposit will be reserved before check-in
Access to the property:
To gain access to check-in instructions we ask for a photo of passport/driver licence, credit card and rental agreement.
Access to the unit is done thru a combination lock, a lockbox or our intendant will welcome you. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival.
Pets are prohibited unless you have special permission. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $ 200 if not honored.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
During the rental period, any damage not attributable to normal wear and tear caused by the tenant to the building, furniture, equipment, accessories or land will be the responsibility of the tenant. In such a case, reasonable expenses equivalent to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property will be required.
