The home features a large open kitchen, outdoor dining and BBQ. A mile away is the Avenue of the Fountains that offers shopping, dining and the world famous Fountain that goes off at the top of each hour. Forget your worries, soak in the sun and enjoy this spacious and serene space!

Great views in Fountain Hills!

Due to it being a new rental property, there were issues that did come with our stay. However, Joel was very quick to address these issues and accommodate us! Thank you for the swiftness and for making us feel comfortable with asking for any assistance. The beds and couches are extremely comfortable and the house has a lot to offer. The views are remarkable, definitely loved the observation deck on the roof. Located in a fantastic area!

Great neighborhood and property

Spent a long weekend hiking on the area. Did Camelback Mountain and the McDowell Mountain Range. Property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has a fantastic pool and deck area. We didnt use it as it was in the 60s the whole time we were thete. We walked to a couple of restaurants and down to the fountain. Great communication from the owner.
