About this property
Home in the Heart of W. Sedona
Private apartment includes bath with tub/shower, kitchen with washer/dryer combo unit, small fridge, cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, living room/dining area, queen size bed with memory foam mattress, patio.
Television with internet stations and high speed wifi (speed test results in photos).
Great place for workshop attendees. Walking distance to trails, restaurants, health food stores, bike shop, vortex trails. Really in the heart of it all!
Furry friends welcome. $25 per stay pet fee.
Direct access to private back yard with propane grill and fire pit. Walking distance to trails, restaurants, health food stores, bike shop. You can easily walk to Airport Mesa Vortex from here (about a mile), and I have information on all the vortex sites and hiking or biking trails available. You are really in the heart of all Sedona has to offer here!
Bedroom, back yard, shaded patio with outdoor dining area, living/dining/kitchen, your own bathroom with shower and tub.
You have your own private space and interaction is up to you.
Everything is close by, from restaurants to shopping to hiking the vortex sites.
The most flexibility comes from bringing or renting your own car. We have several Uber drivers in town and a bus line to Cottonwood and some areas of Sedona. You can also hire a tour guide to drive you around. I have information on a few of them that are recommended. Finally, there are quite a few great hiking trails within walking distance of my house, as well as restaurants and shops. Many of my guests do very well without a car!
Tap water is very drinkable on this street (no chlorine or fluoride).
Recyclables such as cardboard, paper, plastic and glass bottles, and can be placed in the blue recycling bin under the cooktop counter in the kitchen.
Parking: if you are coming by car, please park in the SECOND driveway to the house. It is the driveway with the mailbox. Also, please let me know by message of your estimated arrival time.
And, by the way, the tiny neighborhood of "old Sedona" where I live, has some of the best, most drinkable tap water on the planet. No chlorine, no fluoride. Drink as much as you want and fill up your water bottles for free! Also, I have solar hot water, and sun is plentiful here, so don't worry about running out of hot water in the shower.
If you should use the grill, please make sure you clean the grates off prior to your departure.
