The unit boasts ample square footage and two free gated parking spots. Two king beds and a queen bed plus 2.5 baths will ensure your stay is comfortable. Stylish furniture and all the modern amenities make it to prefect retreat for families & friends.

The location can't be beat with immediate access to shops and restaurants, and just a ~5 minute drive to the Convention Center, Alamitos Beach, cruise access & the waterfront.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment is all one level, with a full kitchen, spacious living room, and dining room. Kitchen includes tons of amenities such as coffee maker, garbage disposal, baking & cookware, microwave, and stainless steel fridge with filtered water & ice maker.


Bedrooms & Sleeping Space:

The space sleeps 7 people with 3 full bedrooms and a futon sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom 3: includes a Queen bed.
Living Room: Futon


Parking:

There is free street parking on both side streets of the unit.

There is also private parking for 2 cars via the back alleyway that you are free to use (see parking instructions & rules).

AC & Fans: Both master bedrooms & living room have standalone AC units. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Wi-fi: High-speed Wifi that allows 8+ people with multiple devices each to surf the web.

Kids & Family: Pack N' Play, outlet Covers, kids dinnerware, & high chair can be included upon request.

Laundry: In unit washer & dryer as well as a steamer for wrinkles.

Beach Essentials: Beach towels are provided for beach trips.

Bikes: There is a Long Beach Bike Share station that is a 3 minute walk away (corner of Magnolia & W Broadway).

TV: 45" TV with multiple streaming services available.

Coffee Maker: Coffee maker with coffee & creamer are provided.

Closets: every bedroom features large double door closets with shelving, tons of hanging space, and full-length mirrors. Cotton makeup removers, hangers and hair dryer are all provided.

A beautifully stay!!

It was a lovely stay here very clean very easy to access, most definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling in the area of Long Beach! The host is amazing!!

Adequate property

The property was clean and had the basic necessities. There were two downsides - the neighborhood can be a little loud at night due to street noise and neighborhood noise, also the furniture is not very comfortable. If you're looking for the basics and want a clean place to stay this place will be fine.

Family Wedding

We chose this property so we were within 30 min of other family and wedding venues as well as somewhere we had not been before. The property was clean and comfortable and supplied with a few things we forgot! A TV and wifi to pass those few moments we weren't sleeping or getting ready to head out.Downtown property with great access to shoreline village and the highways. Parking on street was limited, but small gated parking lot behind the home was great to access the property. Neighbors were helpful getting me to back out my large suburban.Best thing about my first VRBO rental, the property owner was so helpful and very responsive. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed for a few days while maintanance work was done at the apartment complex we are living at. We had the best time ever staying at the apartment that has everything you need . There is parking which is always a good thing.The beds were so comfy . We were so sad to leave the apartment when we had to go back to our apartment .The host is so nice, and also helped us with any issue camee up and needed a solution.Highly recommended!
