House across park, next to greenbelt and golf course. 3-bedroom basement suite. Easy access to public bus and skytrain. Close to library, community centre and leisure center ( fully equiped gym, swimming pool, sauna, skating ring and etc). Near farms and nurseries. Can go to U-pick for strawberry, blueberry and othe organic vegetables and fruits, depending on the season and weather.
Rate is based on 2 person each room per night, each extra person is $50 per night. Each extra room is $80 per night.
