This location has it all! Beautiful views from each of the three wraparound balconies…some of downtown and the eastern mountains and some of the ski slopes and the western mountains; some balconies have both. All balconies are within shouting distance of Four O'clock Run (adjacent to wooden fence in pictures). Watch your skiers/hikers/bikers come in from the mountain from the balconies or through the kitchen and living room windows.
Start your day on the mountain at Snowflake Lift, located steps away from the condo complex. (Note, lift tickets and equipment rental is also conveniently located at the Snowflake Lift). When you are ready to take a break, ski Four O'clock run back to the complex and store your equipment in the convenient first floor storage locker before heading up the elevator to your third floor retreat!
During the summer months, take a hike on one of the many trails starting right out the door, including a beautiful family-friendly trail to the Sawmill Reservoir for some trout fishing! It’s also a short walk to the center of quaint downtown Breckenridge and the Riverwalk, or you can catch the Breck freeride bus at the stop directly across the parking lot to anywhere in town.
There is a dedicated locked storage closet for skis/boots is on the lower level of the complex within steps of the entrance. After leaving your skis in the storage closet, take the elevator (steps away) to the third floor, where our 2-level penthouse shares the floor with only one other unit. There are no shared walls. You will enjoy four bedrooms and three full bathrooms: 1 – king, master; 2 – 2 twins; 3 – twin over queen bunk bed; 4- Queen. Dine together at the gorgeous dining room table which seats 8, with additional seating at the counter. Or use the picnic area located in the Tyra common area. Recap your day while relaxing in the oversized, comfortable couch and two chairs in the living room, or take a soak in one of the Tyra hot tubs (one outdoor, two indoor), located in the center common area of the complex.
Owners frequently rent from vacation rental websites and have made every effort based on their experiences to make your stay in this mountain penthouse enjoyable and comfortable. Amenities including all linens, hair dryers in every bathroom, humidifiers and fans in every bedroom, comfortable beds and bedding, extra pillows and blankets, a television in each bedroom, a 55-inch television in the living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. A starter kit of basic toiletries and paper supplies is included to get your vacation off to a good start!
