Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Step outside to enjoy a delightful outdoor space perfect for relaxation and fun. The small front deck features a BBQ grill, ideal for cookouts, while the second deck offers a cozy couch and chairs with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Unwind in the hot tub for a soothing soak under the stars. Gather around the large picnic table in the yard for outdoor meals. Across the driveway, hang out in the barn, converted into a fun game room with a foosball table. Please note open fires are strictly prohibited per Park County regulations.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and will incur a minimum fine of $500.
