You have access to the entire house, with the primary entrance located on Sabinal Street. For added convenience and security, a lockbox is situated near the garage, giving you easy access to the keys. With access to the whole house, you're free to enjoy all of its amenities, from the cozy living room to the fully-equipped kitchen. Make yourself at home! This is a tiny home just under 688 square feet.

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $120/stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation. The fee for a second pet will be collected separately via the Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.
