Paseo Playa Coral is a new luxury residential complex, inaugurated in December 2021. Located in the heart of Bávaro, just a 4-minute walk from the sea (290 meters), this project introduces a new concept of vacation rentals with hotel-type units. It has more than 40 apartments with 1 bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, private terrace and a huge shared pool. We have a concierge and reception service that will help make your stay more pleasant.

If you use the A/C only at night, the costs should be approximately as follows: 1 room from 5 to 10 dollars per day. 2 rooms from 8 to 15 dollars per day. 3 rooms from 11 to 20 dollars per day.
