The house is on a main road for convenient access and includes a large driveway and parking pad for up to three vehicles so that you can easily head out on your adventures.
GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy the private home, garage for storage, and front and back yards. There are locked closets inside the home and garage that do not contain any items of worth, which are not accesible to guests. Please do not enter attic for your own safety and any tampering with locks may result in fees and legal involvement.

The property is regularly sprayed for bugs, but please note that you’re visiting the Florida coast and our bug friends live in and around the neighborhood and Gulf. You’ll likely see a friend or two if you leave the doors or windows.
Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior doorbell camera located on the front of the home mounted near the front door. The camera is outward facing and does not look into the interior.

☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.
☞︎ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this may be a vacation destination, the area is predominantly families and professionals. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 6 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.
☞︎ Pets are allowed. Two dogs under 50 pounds is very welcome for an additional fee of $150 per stay. Your dog may only be left unattended in the home if they are crated. Please remove any dog waste from public areas and from the yard before leaving. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged in cases where dog waste has not been removed from the yard or pets have been allowed on furniture. Additional fees may be assessed for any damage and/or cleaning due to pets.
☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
☞︎ You give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
