The condo is located in Gulf Shores, AL, Fort Morgan area, about 12 miles from the main attractions in downtown Gulf Shores. The Nationally Ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course is located onsite, for those who like to golf. We also have Sassy Bass Island Grill, onsite, for your convenience. Very good food and drinks. Jessie’s fine dine restaurant is only a couple of miles away and they have delicious food and drinks, as well. Tacky Jacks is also a very good place to dine and is only about 5 minutes away. Dollar General is also a couple of miles away, conveniently located for your needs. The condo is located in Building 2, on the 2nd floor. It is convenient to the elevator and stairway. The condo is on the gulf side, gulf front, very close to the beach and pools which gives you about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk, beach, outdoor pools and indoor pool. The unit has very good ocean views! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 3 queen beds that will accommodate 6 people comfortably. The Condo has been newly updated The kitchen is fully stocked. It has queen size beds in both bedrooms. Each room has room darkening curtains for a perfect sleep. Master bedroom has private bath. There are flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms and living room. It has a sofa sleeper in living room, with memory foam mattress, also queen size. It has Internet/wi-fi and cable. Fun Trip
The trip was fun and the room was nice but the drive to get to most restaurants was a good 15-20 minutes hence the 3 stars. The reason I'm giving 3 stars for cleanliness is because there was poop from a young child in the outdoor pool.

A quick family getaway
This unit was perfect for a quick family getaway. We brought the grandparents along and we had enough space. The unit is well stocked and had everything we needed. The unit is all updated and very clean. Made our stay very enjoyable! The amenities in the resort are perfect for families.

It was very enjoyable
The bed in the brown mermaid room was uncomfortable and there wasn’t that many towels available in the unit but either than that it was very enjoyable. The tvs worked great and the location was easily accessible to all pools and the beach.

Long weekend getaway
My family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great! Very clean and convenient to the beach and pools. The condo is about 20 minutes from Gulf Shores proper but the seclusion is nice with plenty of stores and resturants close by to make it not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Family of 5 great place. My kids are 8yo and 5yo. They loved the ocean and pool. Most stores and places to eat are 20/25min drive. We didn't mind the dive at all. Definitely recommend for families.

Second stay at this location and was just as expected once again. Everything you need for a week stay. Beaches not over crowded at all. Wish the internet was better for evening streaming. Over all a great stay.

End of summer getaway
Overall we had a great time. Cleanliness of the condo was fine but the property seemed a little dirty .I manage a public space so I know how difficult it can be to keep a property clean, The food in the area was good and we enjoyed breakfast at Sassy Bass. I would say there is a 99% chance we will stay there again in the future.

Great experience
Fort Morgan is a secluded part of gulf shores so finding things to eat or do took a little adventuring out but overall this was a perfect getaway spot. We really enjoyed the Sassy Bass menu which is very close and there are several locations nearby that have pizza options, alcoholic beverages, and seafood. The closest location to the condo closed at 4 but the other was right up the road. The condo itself was better than we expected! Located next to the elevator/stairs and parking. The walk to the pools and beach were very easy for a family with small kids. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The beach was not too crowded but there were quite a few jellyfish so I recommend bringing vinegar or sting relief just in case. There was a sea turtle nest marked right by the beach entrance so our kids liked checking on it. The waters are not as clear as parts of Florida but we were still able to see well enough. Overall I’m so glad we booked this condo in particular and would definitely stay here again.

Family really liked the location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach which wasn’t over crowded as you find in other areas. Room had all we needed for the stay. Liked being a little away from the crowds as it was only 15-20 min to be in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants.

Sweet Stay
Very nice, communication with Michelle was always quick and helpful. Only thing I wish there had been some sort of small table on the balcony to hold my coffee cup/wine glass. The Plantation Area was kept very clean.

We loved the convenience of the short walk to the pool and beach. Room was great and as expected. The only small things I may recommend is to have a few more throw blankets available in the living area and some of the remotes need new batteries.

Excellent Condo & Host - Imperfect Building & Amenities
Michelle was excellent, and we so appreciated staying in her fantastic condo. A few points of constructive criticism/feedback: - The listing led me to believe that the condo had a washer and dryer in it. In reality, there is a coin operated washer and dryer on that floor. Which is fine, but definitely not the same as having one in the condo, especially when you have little kids and need to repeatedly wash lots of sandy beach towels and swimsuits. - The cleanliness and upkeep of the pools and hot tub on the property left something to be desired. Maybe it was due to us being there in the spring, but the pools were gross – they needed to be filtered and cleaned out. The hot tub was green and smelled funny. The pool areas were unkept – trash and litter all around. But the condo itself was excellent, and the beach was as amazing as advertised.

Everything was great.
The property was in great shape. It looked like it had been recently renovated, like new. We met the property owners and they where very nice and where very helpful with showing us around the place. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Not quite as expected
So, first of all, I realize a cleaning service is hired to take care of this unit after each guest checks out. All I can say is...whatever the owner is paying them, it's too much. I have a cleaning business, and there are many things being overlooked. There was a layer of dust so thick on the top trim of every doorway, that I was able to see it from several feet away (and my eye sight ain't what it used to be). Also, the fan and blades were covered in dust. Enough that it would have taken several months to accumulate. I also had to change the AC filter when we arrived. It was blinking on the thermastadt and it wasn't cooling properly. It might cut down on the dust, if someone would just check on that periodically...just sayin'. There was also some damage to the front entry door that had occurred the previous week, and it was not fixed properly. The door facing basically fell apart on our first full day there. It may have been the COVID situation that was delaying a proper repair, but still an inconvenience and interruption in our vacation. They put a bandaid on it, just like the first half-arse fix, and it was never repaired correctly, or replaced before we left. We were there 6 nights. I'm sure the next renters had to deal with the same issue. I can say, the owner was very apologetic, and answered any communication promptly. I do feel they were having a difficult time getting repair people to follow through. Overall, we still had a wonderful time. The complex is safe, and very family oriented. And the beach was beautiful, and the water was clear! And that's what we came for anyway.

Our condo was wonderful. Very clean! AC felt great. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook for your family. Bed was very comfortable. Nice view from the balcony. Laundry room on the same floor of our condo. Cannot wait until our next vacation. Highly recommended.

Our names are Chris and Michelle DiChiara. We have been owners for 10 years now. We bought our first condo here in 2013. We live in Helena, AL. We have 2 children, Whitney who is 33 and Christopher who is 28. We have 2 wonderful grandchildren, girl is 4 and our little boy is 8 months. We love spending time with our grandchildren, we are crazy about them both. We love bringing them down to the beach with us. Our 4 year old would live there. We love everything about our home away from home. I know that our guests will enjoy it, too.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo mainly because of its location and the beautiful views. We have always loved the area. It is quiet, beautiful and peaceful. The resort is completely awesome, with the most awesome fellow owners. We've been coming to this area all of our lives and knew that we would own here, one day, if possible. We have been very blessed!

What makes this property unique

We love the peacefulness during the off season. Sometimes, during the peak season, it’s not quite as peaceful, but still very nice and relaxing. The amenities are great.
