Welcome to this charming villa in the Village of Citrus Grove! This superb villa offers 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed.
It features a spa-like master bath with walk-in shower, dual sinks and separate water closet; the hall bath has a tub-shower combo. We also provide soap, shampoo, body wash and hair dryers in each bathroom.
For your added convenience, the villa comes fully equipped with all towels, linens, dishes, silverware, and cookware.
Best of all, you get to enjoy the wonderful amenities The Villages has to offer, with adult and family pools, pickleball, bocce, corn toss, shuffleboard, billiards and more! during your stay.
The villa is walking distance to the adult pool at Citrus Grove Recreation Center, and we are conveniently located less than a mile from Homestead Recreation with its family pool, and just 1.5 mile from all of the fun at Sawgrass Grove and Ezell Recreation Center. Additionally, you are just a short drive from shopping, dining and entertainment at Brownwood Paddock Square, as well as the BRAND NEW Eastport Town Center coming soon!
