Very poor communication

Sent message 2 days before check in, no reply. Sent message 1 day before check in and was told we no longer had the booking. He had double booked our stay! Booked and paid in full in November, for stay in January! He wasn’t even remotely concerned about it. Only response was I’ll give you your money back. Also when first booking, he had the price per day in Canadian funds and a total. When I went to book he changed the prices and said he couldn’t figure out what VRBO was doing. The price per day went up!! Drove by two days before check in. After all the things that happened, glad we didn’t stay there. Only house on the block and lots of homeless people around.

Tampa staycation

Neighborhood did not feel very safe .The home had a alarm system but no instructions how it works. Floors were extremely dirty upon arrival Bed linens and pillows were clean but very poor quality. We were not expecting Ritz Carlton quality but not Motel 6 either!

New years trip

Very convenient location near ybor city and downtown Tampa. Property is a beautiful and host is responsive and helpful.
