House Manual:

QUIET HOURS: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m.
EV Charging: FREE from 11pm-8am, $30 per charge during peak hours.
Shoes off upon entry
NO parties
NO smoking indoors
NO undisclosed visitors or guests
NO pets (unless pre-approved with deposit/fees paid)
NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply)
Toilets: TP ONLY (sanitary wipes, etc, will clog and backup pipes)
USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage on surfaces
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.

Tuesday: Please put trash/recycling out on front curb for pickup
Weds Afternoons: Hot Tub cleaners arrive
Friday Morning: Gardeners arrive
