→ Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be at least 19 years old and will need to present valid ID upon check-in.

→ Parking Policy: Only one vehicle per unit is allowed. Parking is strictly enforced.

→ Initial Supplies: To help you get settled, Dolce Vita Getaways PCB provides a selection of essential items upon arrival. These include a starter pack of dishwasher soap, a small amount of laundry detergent, and one roll of paper towels. Each bathroom is stocked with travel-sized toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a soap bar. Additionally, one roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom.
