Beautifully renovated condo in the Lower Garden District. Just steps away from the many shops, bars and restaurants on Magazine St. and 5 blocks to St. Charles Ave. streetcar line. Large 1 bedroom w/ living room, kitchen, half bath and laundry downstairs all downstairs. Huge bedroom with full bath upstairs. Queen sofa bed in the living room and twin daybed in the bedroom. The kitchen has all cooking basics/cutlery, W/D in unit and gated parking. BEST LOCATION with everything you will need.
The condo is two stories, with an open living/kitchen area and powder room downstairs. Large bedroom and a full bath upstairs. There is a balcony off of the bedroom. There is also a private patio - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee before setting out to enjoy the city! Gated, off-street parking.
The entire condo is dedicated for guest use. The private parking lot is dedicated to all units in the condo association. There is not assigned parking spaces for each unit, but we have not had overflow issues prior.
