Welcome to your home away from home—a delightful residence nestled in a gated community, just minutes from the sandy shores of Fort Myers Beach and the stunning natural beauty of Sanibel Island. This affordable, family-friendly house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal haven for you and your loved ones.
We have a 2020 GMC Acadia SUV that will remain garaged during your stay. Guests are permitted to use this private rental at a 60% discounted daily rate through TURO. We hope to help maximize convenience & cost savings with this offering.
Safety and security is a top priority of the Sail Harbour community. HOA Application process and approval is required 20 days prior to check in. There is an application fee payable to Sail Harbour directly. We will email you the paperwork and guide you along.

New to hosting! We live in O’Fallon, IL and fell in love with the Fort Myers Area. We would stay annually with our family at this Townhouse. When they announced they were going to sell it, we knew we wanted it! We are happy to share our place and allow others to make great memories, like we have.
Why they chose this property
We love the Sail Harbour community for many reasons. The safety and security is top notch, all residents and lessees have been vetted through the HOA and there is a staffed employee at the entrance gate. The people are great, we have made many friends in the community. Lastly, the convenience of this community is wonderful. It’s near everything you would need and only about 10 minutes to the beach. There are great golf courses, restaurants and shopping nearby. Also there are a number of medical professionals and hospitals very close in case of an emergency.
What makes this property unique
This property offers everything you would want and need in a Fort Myers stay. The community pool is a short walk and only about 10 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. We will leave our 2020 GMC Acadia garaged, which is available for guest use through TURO.
