In this modern Tulum apartment, we offer simple rules to ensure a pleasant stay: No pets and no additional visitors are allowed to guarantee everyone's tranquility. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor spaces. We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to provide a relaxing environment. A cleaning fee will apply at the end of your stay. You will have access to shared areas like the pool and gym, and we encourage mindful energy usage. Enjoy a memorable trip! TULUM is a small town experiencing significant growth. It does not have a robust electrical infrastructure, and in our commitment to the environment, the air conditioning system operates autonomously. When the temperature reaches 22°C, it turns off automatically. To enhance your experience, we recommend using the ceiling fans, which can be turned on with the switch next to the remote control, and their speed and light can be adjusted using the same remote. Additionally, feel free to open the large windows in each room and the living area. Please note that the air conditioning will not operate if the windows are open.
