Things To Note:
Our property is not well suited to small children, due to the multi-level decks on the property and elevated sleeping loft with ladder access. Please review the photos and description of the property carefully before booking.
AW/4W drive recommended year round and REQUIRED in colder months in case of snow or ice. We live about 1/2 mile up the mountain on a fairly steep, winding, gravel road. Our driveway is also gravel and steep. Mountain roads can seem quite adventurous when you’re not used to them, especially if you arrive after dark, but you’ll be a pro in no time as long as you have the right vehicle.
The hot tub is professionally cleaned after each guest to ensure your safety and enjoyment. This is reflected in the cleaning fee.
We recommend booking with travelers insurance as bookings are non-refundable due to weather, natural disasters, power outages or other events out of our control.
The mountains are home to elk, black bear, snakes and other wildlife. Take precaution if you encounter any wildlife on the property.
