The condo is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest room. Each room offers flat screen television and ceiling fans.Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.Just bring your swimsuit/beach towel, sunglasses and lotion and be prepared to relax and let your cares drift away. It is a spectacular place to spend time for the whole family. Two pools- one kiddy pool and jacuzzi area and a large family-friendly pool with a jacuzzi too! Lounge at the beach, search for shells and sanddollars or unwind at the Tiki Bar for a cold tropical beverage (with the umbrellas). Sunset Vistas has a quaint cafe for those slow relaxing mornings on the veranda with coffee and a muffin or rock in the hammock listening to the fountains in the lush tropical courtyard.A short walk/drive to popular John's Pass Village boardwalk of shops, restaurants and water excursions-dolphin watch, putt-putt at Smugglers Cove, or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tale.In Treasure Island, you will have access to all types of fun water activities including: fishing, parasailing, boating, and waverunners. Fun in the sun!!

People staff very friendly, Store close by. Easy to get around from One place to the other. Accommodations very nice, The view from our balcony of the ocean and pool is very nice. Our first day there, as we checked in, there were no more carts for our luggage to take to the room. A very friendly staff member who tried to help us could not find a cart for us. He was very helpful and helped us take our luggage up to our room. Then that same gentleman helped my wife bring up the groceries We purchased on our way over for the week. that was a five star performance by that employee. The only issue I have Was water pressure in both bathroom sinks was horrible. Hard to shave and brush our teeth in the morning. Other than that everything else was fine. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you James Bishop.

Beautiful location and rental

There is nothing negative to say about this rental. The location of Sunset Vistas is unbeatable, amenities unmatched. Sunset Vistas: in the middle of everything. We walked to John's Pass (if driving, park in the garage at Bubba Gump Shrimp) which was much easier than parking. The rental is right on the beach and parking was a non-issue.. while you are only guaranteed one parking spot, the office has parking permits and plenty of additional spots. There is also public parking right by the lot so there should be no issues. Pool towels are provided by the front office. There is a restaurant in the building that has decent food, but so many stores are nearby that we hardly utilized it. Supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, spices, and towels are limited, even if you book for multiple days and several people, so plan accordingly. Each rental has their own patio which can seat four people comfortably. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, as we stayed here years ago for a family rental and haven't had any issues.

Nice Stay and Great Location

The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the view of the beach, the little bistro and the covered parking! It's a very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to other nearby beaches.

Very Nice

This is a very nice location for a family stay on Treasure Island. The condo was comfortable and the location was a perfect distance to walk to the beach. We did not use the pool or visit the onsite tiki bar, but it was plenty busy. I would have liked a few more cooking pans, as we didn't go out for every meal, but we were definitely able to make do with everything provided. I would stay at this location again in the future. It had everything we needed and was super convenient. Check in was super easy and parking was great!

On the Beach

Property is right on the beach. Nice pool. Condo was clean and fully functional. No icemaker or ice trays to make ice was very inconvenient. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Great Mini Vacation

Property was great and well maintained. Right on the water and kids loved the pool. Cafe not the best quality food and over priced but lots of food options near condo. Publix a mile away and kitchen in condo allowed us to prepare whatever we wanted. Condo equipped with cutlery, cups, plates, some beach supplies. Check in was a breeze and was nice to have our own parking spot. Would definitely stay here again or any other condo at this location.

Very nice condo!

It was a very nice relaxing weekend! We arrived after hurricane Ian so the pools, restaurant and tiki bar were closed. They eventually opened over the weekend. TVs were unplugged and could not get them to connect to the internet. I emailed the management company with no response, but my fault I should have called. I would definitely go back!

We Love Treasure Island

Our family enjoyed our first stay at this condo complex, it was as it was presented on the website. It was clean and had many amenities. We bought a few things from the store to have during our stay and left them for the next family to enjoy. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. It was a short walk or drive to John’s Pass to explore the shops and many restaurants. It was great to watch the quick daily rain followed by a beautiful rainbow. The Sunday beach ‘drumming’ is also a cool experience though it has grown over the years. It is held down near the Bilmar and the big slide. An early morning beach walk down to Caddy’s is always a must, to have breakfast or lunch, sitting a while to enjoy the view. It was definitely a plus to have the ice cream shop across the street to enjoy. In regards to the condo itself, it would have been nice to have a good broom and dust pan to sweep the tile floors, nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Although, the dryer filter area needs to be vacuumed out due to having quite a bit of sand at the bottom. Be sure to clean the filter each time as it was so built up with lint that it was a fire hazard.

Friends get away

We stayed at Sunset Vistas with another couple, dear friends of ours. The location was great, so close to food and the trolley and most importantly the beach! The place was clean! Furniture is a bit worn and faded. Little lacking on utensils and storage containers. Would definitely stay here again.

Family friendly with a great view

Check in and check out were smooth. The view from balcony was great. Property was clean and everything used worked as expected. Beach supplies were great for the beach and pool. Games were handy when it was storming. I would highly recommend this property, very family friendly. We left a shell on the table to add to the collection and my son left a picture he drew.

Excellent condo

This is our 3rd year renting from Sunset Vistas. It is a great location right on the beach. Every color we’ve ever rented has been clean and perfect for our traveling needs. We especially love the bar and Cheryl, always a great time.

The property was nice. We rented 5 rooms directly from sunset vistas for our adult children and their family. Those rooms were much nicer then our VRBO. I guess I was expecting more since our room was more expensive

Economical

Good price and space for a quick girls trip- there aren’t a lot of extras… bring extra blankets and own coffee filters.. super quick walk to beach- pool gate was hard to navigate .. but overall perfect for a budget friendly girls getaway!
