Were traveling for work and want guests to enjoy our home. We live in arguably one of the most beautiful homogenous areas in the country and we want others to come visit and enjoy Grand Junction as much as we do! We're avid hikers, bikers, and cuisine enthusiasts. GJ has all of these and so many more great ammenities.

Why they chose this property

We appreciate that our guests will be mindful and courteous to our neighbors who are mostly retired older folks or are raising families.

What makes this property unique

Land Before Time is located in the most convenient location in grand junction. Powderhorn ski area/Grand Mesa is about a 45 min drive, Colorado National Monument is roughly 15 min drive. The downtown area is about 11 min drive(farmers markets are every thursday afternoon). Mountain bike trails near Fruita are around 25 min. Vineyards and fresh produce venues are roughly 10 min to the east in palisade(farmers market every sunday during summer months). Our location is what makes our property a great rendezvous point for any adventure!
