This one of my property is special as the location is in the middle of tourist places between Patong and Laguna. Moreover, closer is Cafe Del Mar Beach Club and Intercontinental Resort Phuket where you can enjoy your luxury meals and sunset. There is bars and restaurants around with supermarket for your own special cooking in my villa so please enjoy one of the best place on this island with reasonable price
