Nestled in the heart of the Lakes Region, within walking distance to downtown, Meredith, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, pet friendly, waterfront home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. With space for up to 10 guests, it’s ideal for families or groups of friends looking to unwind by the water.
Enjoy stunning sunsets and mountain views from multiple decks or take a dip right from your private sandy beach. The open-concept layout creates a welcoming space for everyone. The fieldstone fireplace is not for guest use.
Whether you're lounging by the water or strolling into town to explore Meredith's shops and restaurants, this home gives you everything you need for a memorable stay in the Lakes Region. *Please note there is no waterslide attached to the deck over the water as pictured. Also, the dock pictured will be removed and only the deck will be available with cleats for a boat up to 16'. *
For outdoor furniture there will be 2 round tables and 5 chairs. There will also be 2 outdoor living seats with table and 2 rocking chairs.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
