GIANT ROACHES!!
I’ll start with the positive. The Property Manager, Key Stays, was very responsive and empathetic to the situation. They provided an immediate full refund and offered to place us at another property. As far as the property.. There was a strange chemical smell upon arriving, evidently the place had just been sprayed for bugs right before we arrived. When we walked to the kitchen, there were 9 potted plants sitting in sinks of dirty water. We opened the cabinets and there was the largest roach I’ve ever seen on a stack of plates. There were also roach droppings on the dishes. A dead roach was also on the back of the sink. There were containers left in the refrigerator. The place just had a creepy vibe overall. We all had the same feeling that someone else was in the house besides us. There were 12-15 padlocked doors throughout the house. The office area looked as if someone just left to go pick up lunch and would be back at anytime. On our way out, we noticed a burning candle through the window of the locked garage that looked like someone had just moved all of their belongings into. Regardless of shortcomings, this is the first negative review that I have ever left a property.This place left us so uneasy, we had to warn anyone considering this place.
