Located in the heart of Pacific Beach and a 20-minute walk to the beach - this modern beach condo has been designed to be aesthetically pleasing and set up for groups of friends, coworkers, and families to enjoy San Diego and all of its amazing natural beauty and attractions. You have the best of both worlds at our home - a central location with easy access to drive to all the hotspots but also a quiet neighborhood where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the world.

Below is a quick verbal tour of the property so you have a clear idea of what you’re getting when you book our home. When you first arrive at the property - you will walk up the single set of stairs (we are on the second floor of a two-storey building)

Once you get to the front door - you will walk through into our living room. This room has a sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep two people and an oversized sofa for reading and relaxing.

The kitchen/bar area has bar seating for four as well as a breakfast nook for two more. We typically recommend our guests take advantage of the absolutely phenomenal local cuisine that is within walking distance of the house. One of the best parts of living in Pacific Beach is the accessibility to so many different types of food from such vast parts of the world - right at your fingertips. You can have Brazilian acai bowls for breakfast and then sample the local flavors of Thailand for lunch, then finish off the day with high-quality Mexican fare for dinner - without having to use your car! There are two bedrooms at the end of the hall. Each of our bedrooms features high-quality, hotel-grade, queen-sized beds with freshly laundered linens and towels. The bathroom has a tiled shower with upgraded fixtures for you to use. We recommend that guests bring their own toiletries sets so that we can keep our cleaning staff and future guests safe. If you need anything - there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and groceries stores less than a 5-minute walk from the home.

The second bedroom also features a high-quality queen sized bed but also has a small desk and desk chair for working. This bedroom is across the hallway from the bathroom and is great for waking up and finishing any work before starting your day in San Diego!

You will have access to park a car on the property and street parking is plentiful if you have any additional vehicles.
