CNuez1 offers tranquility while being just a short 5-7 minute drive from restaurants, beaches, surf etc.
The space
This Lower Level Villa is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom space with a fully equipped kitchen dining and living space. The central space is open to the outside offering amazing breezes and a cozy outdoor feels that connects you to the pool and loungers for your enjoyment. For additional privacy, we have shade screens that lower to enclose the space.

You will have access to the lower level in this rental and may share the property and pool- between 10-2pm with anyone who choses to rent the upper level 1 bedroom 1 bathroom villa.

Owners, property managers and alike will be allowed access to the garage when needed.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole lower level of the property. This rental includes the following:

Bedroom 1- King bed with A/C, fan, closets, luxury cotton sheets, down pillows, en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2- King bed with A/C, fan, closets, luxury cotton sheets + down pillows.

Bathroom 1- Connected to bedroom 1 (en suite). Hot water, cotton towels.

Bathroom 2- Full bathroom with hot water, cotton towels. Accessible via main living space.

Full Kitchen- Pots, pans, blender, coffee maker + coffee, glassware and crockery, cutting boards, a small selection of spices etc... everything to make your cooking experience easy.

Dining Space- seats 6-7 people comforably.

Living Space- Overhead fan, deep comfortable sofa which sleeps 5th additional guests. Hammock for reading and relaxing.
Other things to note
We offer scooter and ATV rental on request. Arrive at C Nuez to your scooter or ATV rental without the hassle of collecting and dealing with any logistics- we do it for you. Convenient, fuss free, practical.

Casa Nuez is an indoor outdoor space. That means we get bugs, spiders, geckos, scorpions and like animals. We love them and they add to the beauty of what we have here at the Casa- A natural space with elevated luxury.

We offer daily cleaning on request.

C-Nuez is located on a dirt road that isn't graded. This adds to the charm of your experience here. We are still in Mexico and we love to embrace it. We recommend a scooter, ATV or car.

Due to the ever evolving growth in Puerto Escondido, we cannot control construction and possible noise in surrounding areas.
Our home offers a tranquil space and privacy within the limits of what we can control.
