Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.

The Anna Maria Island Beach View 207 is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps six, directly overlooking the heated pool and located 75 yards from the beach and the private beach access. The Beach View #207 provides you with a fully stocked kitchen with six Whirpool appliances, with contemporary glass stove top, plus coffee maker, toaster and blender.

A very special feature of the Beach View 207 is the bed configuration which sleeps six without a sleeper sofa.

The kitchen, dining room, living room and both full washrooms feature ceramic tile. The Beach View 207 has all new black leather furniture including sofa, love seat and chair complemented with an matching ottoman for your comfort and a new 55” flat screen television.

This condo features all new wall art, a new contemporary glass table and chairs in the dining room. The primary bedroom offers you a King size bed, ceiling fan and 37” television. The second bedroom offers you a queen size bed, bunk beds and 37” television as well. The fully furnished east balcony directly overlooks the heated pool providing beautiful views of the bay and the world famous Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay. This balcony is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and primary bedroom.

What you are surely to like about the Beach View 207 is the location. Located at the narrowest part of Anna Maria Island where the island is only 150 yards wide. Our complex stretches from Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. We are literally surrounded by water with the pool located in the middle of the complex.

Additionally the free trolley stops right in front of the condo and will take you any where on the island you desire.

Bradenton Beach

Terry was very responsive to our needs. The condo is across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much!

There are better places

Rental company was noncompliant with us. There was no iron so they told us to purchase one, which we did but they never reimbursed us. Condo itself may be fine for short term. We were there for 5 weeks. Kitchen lighting terrible for cooking at night. Heavy dust on kitchen fan. Guest beds were terrible! You couldn’t look out window because was filthy. They did replace shades that was in bad shape and tried to fix pocket door but it really needed to be replaced .It is a good location if you can look past the condo. Be careful with raising trunk of car because of low ceilings.

It’s all about the location

The location was EVERYTHING! The only down fall was lugging suitcases and groceries up 3 flights of stairs. Once we “made the space ours” it was very comfortable for 2 weeks! Would definitely stay again.

The property needs updating. The kitchen is great. The guest bedroom bed is terrible it sags when you sit on it. The recliner is hard to get it back. When I booked the unit I did not know I would have to carry my suitcase up 2 flights of steps. I didn’t know how out of shape I was. The beach chairs was nice

The location of this condo is perfect. It’s nicely stocked and the furniture is nice and comfortable. It could easily be a 5 star with just a few improvements - new carpet in the bedrooms and a coat of paint would go a long way.

Close to everything!

We loved our stay here! We will definitely be back. Close to everything and we’ll appointed with most everything you need. Only suggestion would be coffee filters, but that’s a rather small request. Everything was clean and was perfect for our family of four with two toddlers. Can’t wait to return!

Did not realize that there was not an elevator, so we climbed three flights of stairs. I should have researched more. Communication was confusing. I was getting text and emails of the same ilk but not at the same time frame. This caused some confusion because I thought some information had changed when it had not. The location was good. The unit was comfortable but the pictures were much nicer. Could not use the balconey due to a wasp nest above the sliding doors.

Zero communication from property manager

Prior to arriving i texted some questions to the cell number they provided, never heard back. Upon arrival, my vehicle wouldn't fit in the covered parking spots assigned. I left a voicemail on the cell and office number explaining my urgent situation and again, never heard back. I also texted the cell number, and you guessed it, never heard back. The only communication I got was generic emails and text messages about check in and check out...will never stay there again.

Great location property was not maintained

Love this part of the Island. The pool was great, clean and heated nicely. Terry did a great job dealing with a few issues. Replace immediately a moldy dishwasher and cutting boards. Also when the keyless entry lock malfunctioned he answered and fix right away. Where this property fell short for me was the overall maintenance. Front door was very dirty. Entering to the kitchen there must of been a window leak since the dry wall metal corner brackets were as sticking out of the wall at the bottom of the window. The window still was broken off of the one side. Patches in the walls were not painted. Rug in the living area was worn down to the padding in certain areas. The bedroom dresser had a broken drawer front. On the positive side bathrooms were in good shape and so was the kitchen. The owners have a lot of stuff in the second bedroom closet so hard to use for clothes. Did have a lot of toys for kids. Also had beach chairs provided were great. Carpet in both bedrooms is very much showing it’s age. Overall the reason why I did not give this property a high rating was because for the price point for this rental I expect a better maintained property.

Condo- Very Disappointed (Anna Maria Island- Loved)

Wow...Not much to say except do not let the pics fool you if you want to SEE the beach, much less stay on the beach. This condo is crammed between other buildings across the street. The pic of pool is what it overlooks and not the beach. Now if you stand outside front door which is in bad shape and peek over the top of other building you get a glimmer of the water...HORRIBLE location if you want to see beach and set out on balcony to relax, no relaxing here because it is loud and noisy with people at the pool day and night. Inside condo, décor in living area and bedrooms nice just keep blinds shut so you don't look at ugly buildings. Blinds in Master were broke so couldn't open and close properly, Dishwasher had standing water with something icky floating in it so needless to say we didn't use that thing all week and we rewashed the couple of dishes we did use and then bought plastic ware and paper plates for the rest of time. The master bath is awful... very small and I love to take baths and relax, no can do... the sliding doors on the bath tub make it impossible to take a bath in it but the worst thing was the funk on the tracks of the sliding doors on tub and the black funky stuff around the faucet and knobs, hardly wanted to shower in it much less bathe. The sink faucet and handles were also nasty looking. The carpet in bedroom needs to be replaced, rolling in spots. Needless to say in my opinion this condo was not worth the paper we signed to stay in and especially for our anniversary. I expected to be on beach or at least a beach view and for things to be much cleaner. Never had such a bad experience at any location I have ever rented, usually leave thinking what a great place and wish we weren't leaving. We made the best of it just by staying out as much as possible because there are great restaurants and the beach is wonderful. We tried to leave the day we arrived because we purchased Cancellation Ins for extra $153 but we were told NO you can not have your money back because there is nothing wrong with that condo. I didn't have the ins paperwork to see if it covered us so we were stuck. This condo may work for some but it was not what I like to stay in when going to the beach so if I were you I would make sure before leaping in to this one... it is not BEACHVIEW, don't be fooled. Oh and take your own chairs for beach. There were 3 there but only 1 was decent so we had to go buy a chair also.
