WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
I booked my reservation on VRBO. This was my first time using VRBO. The hotel is (KOMPOSE. It’s brand new. I thought being a new hotel would be spectacular! That was the farthest thing from the truth! First, the hotel was so new it’s not even being listed under the proper name Kompos. They are listing it under VRBO as K Grand Suites. The only rooms they have available that are even built and complete with electricity are the top fourth floor, which consist of one king bed, a small sofa, kitchenette, and a bathroom. When making my reservations, I clearly stated that I needed two queen beds. I even called the hotel before making my reservations and they never mentioned any problem with this whatsoever.&When we arrived, the young man and older woman at the desk were so happy and new they didn’t know how to work the computer. It took them over 30 minutes to find our reservation.When we finally made it up to the room, or we could see was construction out the windows The hotel room was never cleaned after the last guest so we had to change rooms.Then we got another room and the television and toilet did not work! We told maintenance to come and fix it and the front desk said they don’t have anyone on the premises to do plumbing. We spent the whole night pouring water down the toilet, so it would flush! Just imagine to senior citizens doing this all night!Not to mention how embarrassing it was to have to ask my seventy year old friend to sleep on a pullout sofa.
