Located on the slope of a beautiful hill, the house is surrounded by luxuriant maquis that provides a peaceful environment for relaxing vacations. You'll be enjoying the 180 view from the house and the infinity pool, on the mountain, the sea and the villages.
The villa can very comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. It has 2 bedrooms. All the rooms have their independent showerrooms and are equipped with modern amenities. Most of the house has WIFI internet access. You will also love the large wooden terrace in front of the house. A swimming pool nestles amongst granite boulders and trees and takes advantage of wonderful sea, mountain and villages' views across the Balagne. The villa is truly magical and is an ideal place to discover the beauty of La Balagne and other main attractions of Corsica such as L'Ile-Rousse and its market, Calvi and its night life.

Why they chose this property
In the early 2000s, I fell in love with the panoramic view of the villages of Balagne (Aregno, Cateri, Lavatoggio and Sant'Antonino), the plain of Aregno, its cultures and finally the Algajola bay blue colors variation. The path was long to find the place, built the house in 2009 and the infinity pool in 2014.
The villa is called after my father and my Corsican ancestors. Casile Petru Santu is my holiday home.
